Returns
We only accept returns under specific conditions. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, opened or used items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable
